Rap music isn’t always about drugs, money and hoes. Chicago’s own Common Sense has been active in the Hip Hop industry since 1992. His soulful lyrics have been a positive energy that surrounds Chicagoland. “Faithful” is his single from his Be album, which is his sixth album, that was released in 2005. The powerful first verse: “It was rolling around in mind I occur, what if God was a her,” he expresses in his metaphoric lyrics on true love and staying faithful. The second verse was about temptation that people may face in their relationships. The song “Faithful” is a loving and soulful song that shows the meaning of Hip Hop and respectable men.
