Jazmine C. Presents Throw it Back Thursday: Salt-N-Pepa-Let's Talk About Sex
This week on social media, a young lady was videotaped having sexual intercourse with multiple men. So todays Throw Back Thursday Presents is Salt and Peppa Let’s Talk about Sex. I do not agree with such an act in this case and the people that were involved should have worn a condom. Salt and Peppa's song promotes safe sex. It gives the positive and negative sides of sex and stress that it's best to protect yourself. Around the early 90’s, AIDS and HIV affected the African American community at a growing rate. The song was a way to release a message to the media so that viewers can understand the significance of the deadly disease. The single was released in August 1991 off their Blacks' Magic album
