Pretty Little Thing x Ashanti Announce New Swimwear Collection
Ashanti is infamous for showing off her beach body on the gram as she travels the world so it makes sense for her to rollout a fresh line of swimwear.
Recently, the Grammy Award-winning singer announced that she has been working on a new album and a new swimsuit collection with Pretty Little Thing.
The songbird says that the collection will be 74 pieces ranging from sizes 6 up to 26. We are told to expect lots of bright colors, metallics, snake prints, and patterns. "This collection is for everyone! The confident girl, the sassy girl, the classy girl, the sexy girl, the turn up girl...............the girl that doesn't follow the crowd but stands out in the crowd." says Ashanti.
The inspiration for the line comes from the many, many, many tropical adventures of Ashanti."I travel around the world to so many tropical places. The Amazon meets the Caribbean. I wanted pieces that would empower women." she says.
The entire collection is interchangeable, so you can mix and match pieces, create different looks, matching kimonos, cover-ups and pants; even chaps. The venture is one for the family as Ashanti's sister, Shia, who is the creative director and designer of the pieces.
On July 1st, the full collection will be available on PrettyLittleThing website.
