Nike Says Goodbye to Antonio Brown

After he was released from the Raiders a few weeks ago, it seems that Antonio Brown continues to remain a headline in the news. Regrettably for the wide receiver, a Nike representative recently told sources that he was not a Nike athlete anymore. In other words, Nike has withdrew all endorsements and partnerships with Brown.

When reporters asked for a comment, the rep did not wish to go into much detail. However, many say that this decision was due to the allegations made against him for rape of his previous trainer. Sources say that the investigation led by the NFL will take several weeks. If the findings prove Brown to be guilty, it is possible that he will be added to the commissioner's exempt list. In other words, he will not be able to play with the Patriots if found guilty of the accusations.

Aside from losing his deal with Nike, he was also dropped from a helmet manufacturer.

Fans and sports fans around the world will be looking at one thing in the beginning of this Sunday's Pats game, Antonio's feet.
