Jay-Z's Version of a VIP Ticket
When people go online to purchase a VIP ticket to the concert or event of their choice, they are usually emailed a link or given a code to access their ticket. This method for the VIP experience is not Jay-Z's way of doing things. Are we surprised at all? If you're Jay-Z, you ALWAYS go bigger.
Instead of sending a lanyard or fancy letter in the mail, Jay-Z decided to gift his VIP invitees with a Rolex. Yes, you read that right, a Rolex. On Meek Mill's story, he shared, "Hov sent these as VIP passes. SMH this rich shit getting out of control lol ... I'm not joking lol." Jay sent his friends the watch along with another luxe item, a bottle of Ace.
Another receiver, Swizz Beatz, shared a story as well showing this amazing gesture."Levels. Hov is on another level with the invite game, It came with a Daytona Rolex and a bottle of Ace," he says.
Watch experts say that the watches that were given can be valued anywhere around 40K.
It doesn't hurt to have Jay-Z in your corner.
