Kaepernick is Back
He's back.
This Saturday in ATL, Colin Kaepernick is scheduled to have a workout in front of several NFL teams in hopes of returning to football. It has been about three years since Colin has been on a NFL field. Most know him now for the stance he took above during the national anthem. Kaepernick decided he was going to kneel instead of stand during the anthem. This went on to lead a huge media explosion but did not end well for Colin.
He is said to show his performance through drills and even attend an interview. This session will be very private. There will be no media or fans allowed in attendance.
"I’m just getting word from my representatives that the NFL league office reached out to them about a workout in Atlanta on Saturday. I’ve been in shape and ready for this for 3 years, can’t wait to see the head coaches and GMs on Saturday," Colin told his Twitter following.
